Pace Digitek Limited has announced that its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, has secured a major purchase order from Reliance Industries Limited for the supply of lithium-ion battery packs.
The order, valued at ₹1,587.10 million including GST, was disclosed in a regulatory filing dated February 23, 2026. The contract covers the supply of Li-ion battery packs configured as 48V 15S1P 314 AH units for specialised energy applications. Delivery is scheduled to be completed by August 31, 2026.
The company said the domestic contract strengthens Lineage Power’s position in India’s battery manufacturing sector, amid rising demand for advanced energy storage solutions across industrial and energy segments.
Pace Digitek clarified that neither its promoter group nor affiliated companies have any financial or strategic interest in Reliance Industries. It added that the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction and has been executed on an arm’s length basis.
The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which requires listed companies to inform stock exchanges of material developments. The intimation was submitted to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
Headquartered in Bengaluru, Pace Digitek continues to expand its footprint in energy storage and electronics manufacturing through its subsidiaries. The regulatory filing was signed by Meghana M P, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company.
The development underscores the continued growth of India’s lithium-ion battery market, driven by increasing industrial adoption and investment in energy storage technologies.
