Pace Digitek Limited, a leading provider of telecom infrastructure and turnkey network solutions, announced that its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, has secured a second Advance Purchase Order (APO) worth ₹943.5 million from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). The order is aimed at strengthening BSNL’s 48V DC power infrastructure across its nationwide telecom network.
Under the contract, Lineage Power will supply 25,000 lithium-ion battery modules of 100Ah/48V capacity, along with 2,500 IP55-rated weather-resistant racks suitable for both indoor and outdoor deployment. The project also includes installation and commissioning (I&C), five-year maintenance support, and a five-year warranty, followed by an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). All battery modules feature integrated smart Battery Management Systems (BMS), are registered on the Trusted Telecom Portal, and comply with the latest Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) General Requirements standards. The execution timeline is five months from the receipt of the purchase order.
Commenting on the development, Venugopal Rao Maddisetty, Chairman and Managing Director of Pace Digitek Limited, said the extended order marks a key milestone in modernising Lineage Power’s core infrastructure. He added that the adoption of advanced lithium-ion technology will enhance energy efficiency at telecom sites, improve network uptime across India, and support the government’s ‘Make in India’ initiative through deployment of trusted, world-class technology.
The order is expected to strengthen Pace Digitek’s position in the telecom power solutions segment, improve near-term order book visibility, generate long-term service revenue through post-warranty maintenance, and deepen engagement with BSNL, a key public sector customer.
