In a significant boost to India’s renewable energy infrastructure, Pace Digitek Limited, a leading provider of telecom infrastructure and energy storage solutions, has secured a ₹1,159.31 crore order from the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) DC package. The order, received on October 22, 2025, includes a 600 MW/1200 MWh BESS along with a 10-year service and maintenance contract.
Touted as one of India’s largest single-location BESS projects, the assignment entrusts Pace Digitek with end-to-end delivery of the storage package—ranging from supply, integration, testing, and commissioning to long-term operational support. The company’s scope covers the supply of BESS DC Blocks, Power Conversion Systems (PCS), and advanced Battery and Energy Management Systems (BMS/EMS).
Mr. Venugopal Rao Maddisetty, Chairman & Managing Director of Pace Digitek Limited, described the win as a “pivotal moment” in the company’s journey. This project isn’t just about value—it’s about our long-term commitment to India’s clean energy future. By enhancing grid stability and reliability, we’re proud to play a key role in accelerating India’s renewable energy transition, he said.
