GameChange BOS, a division of GameChange Energy Technologies, has inaugurated its new high-capacity medium voltage transformer manufacturing facility in Taloja, Maharashtra. Spanning 180,000 sq. ft., the state-of-the-art factory is capable of producing over 1,800 transformers annually, boosting the company’s capacity to serve markets across India, Europe, and the United States.

The facility will enable GameChange BOS to expand its offerings across the 0.5–25 MVA range, with voltage ratings up to 69 kV, addressing demand in high-growth sectors such as AI-driven data centres, renewable energy projects, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and large-scale electrification infrastructure.

“We are revolutionising the experience of the customer in the transformer sector with fast delivery, great service, and unparalleled value pricing,” said Andrew Worden, CEO of GameChange BOS. “Our new factory enables us to address urgent market needs and positions us as a significant player in the global electrification movement.”

The Taloja facility also aligns with the Government of India’s Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives by strengthening domestic manufacturing, reducing dependency on imports, and bolstering India’s position as an exporter of advanced transformer solutions. Equipped with advanced production technology, rigorous quality testing, and streamlined processes, the plant ensures compliance with international standards.
