REPT BATTERO Releases New 392Ah Battery and Powtrix™ 6.26MWh Energy Storage System

REPT BATTERO Energy Co., Ltd. has unveiled its latest energy storage innovations at Intersolar Europe 2025, including the new 392Ah battery cell and the Powtrix™ 6.26MWh energy storage system. Built upon the new high-capacity 392Ah cells, Powtrix™ is designed to deliver a balance of safety, high efficiency, and adaptability for large-scale applications.

The Powtrix™ system retains the standard 20-foot container format, offering a 20% improvement in energy density and exceeding 95% round-trip efficiency. This design choice not only saves 16% in station footprint but also reduces on-site installation time by 18%, making it a cost-effective choice for utility-scale deployments.

The 392Ah battery cells, slated for mass production, outperform previous 300Ah+ series batteries in energy efficiency and capacity. These cells have undergone extensive safety testing, including penetration tests under the GB 44240—2024 standard, with zero fire or explosion incidents.

Certified across four major categories — seismic (IEEE693), shell protection (IP55), corrosion resistance (C4/C5), and high-voltage component sealing (IP67) — the Powtrix™ system is engineered to operate reliably in extreme climates, from cold regions to arid deserts.

REPT BATTERO has also introduced a safety risk assessment model for comprehensive system monitoring and recently conducted a successful fire containment test with CSA Group.

At the launch, Francisco, Sales Director of REPT BATTERO Germany, emphasized the company’s global support network and its focus on customized solutions and flexible energy business models.
